Dear Santa-

Where are you? I believe...

Love,

Korver

P.S. - Despite my behavior when Mama and Daddy are at work, I really am a good boy!

Santa Baby....hurry down the chimney tonightttttttttttttttttttt

Oh goodness gracious my little sugar cookies, I'm sure you've wondered what's happened to me since my last post. I've just been ridicously busy! The holidays are in full swing here in suga land and I've been all swept up. My concentration is now based on the mess that will be Christmas and NYE. Not necessarily a mess, but when I get together with my side of the family someone ends up in tears, someone reveals a deep dark secret, and someone almost always ends up on the wrong side of the law. That is why people I always make sure to keep my distance for the other 11 months out of the year by keepin' it real 2 hours away.

So, what are your plans over the next week or so? I intend on taking a short break away from the paycheck and concentrating on snuggling with my dog and ANNOYING all that is good out of ATM. He's going to be begging to head back to work after I'm done with him. The ATM has no idea that if I don't get what I didn't ask for for Christmas it's going to be a hellacious 2007 for him. I distinctly remember in our vows that I said in order for me to marry you - you must be a mind reader. Yes, that was included in our vows. All right, I'm joking it wasn't in our vows but if I don't get what I didn't ask for - things are not going to be fun. Sometimes I feel bad for the ATM but he knew what deep, dark and twisty hole he was stepping into when he married me.

To be honest, I didn't ask for anything for Christmas as many know patience is not a virtue I possess, so I buy what I like when I like it. Which possess a multitude of problems because that leaves the ATM to scramble for a gift and his life. Knowing that if I wake up on 12/25 and there's nothing under the tree for me heads and suitcases are going to roll. But don't tell him, I plan on being easy on him this year because what could he possibly give the girl that has everything? I have him, my Korver, my health and a wonderful life. What more could I want? Well, I do like those Lexus December to Remember commercials....ATM there's still plenty of time to sign that lease...

Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown!!!!
A mish mash of nada....

Photos of my craziness...

I know that the appeal of my blog is that I always include illustrations of cake and the like and well since I've been light on the baking, I've decided to include some pictures that I like. And don't worry, I have grand aspirations for baking beginning tonight. I'm baking sugar cookies covered in royal icing just like my Dustbunny and JayBear like them...then it's on to my infamous butter cookies that Chris and Bry like but I'm not sure if I'll be seeing them while we're on the sure as they'll be in the lovely little truck stop of TRAPPE and I'll be in the overwhelming metropolis of Preston...and I'll be making a wonderful cake for my fam with the white icing they crave.

Anywho, here are the pictures in no real order...

I'm including a picture of Stitch the dog whom I absolutely adore. He belongs to one of my best friends roommate in North Carolina...He was just too darn cute and such a love bug...

Then as usual, I'm including a picture of Korver being tortured or made a fool out of for the character...you choose.

Finally, me and my best friend in North Carolina were pretending it was a blustery New England day in North Carolina...so we turned on the fire place, made some pumpkin pancakes and other tasty sides...mind you in early November in NC there really isn't a need for a roaring fireplace...we thought our skin was going to melt off....

ENJOY!!

High School - The Musical

The best of times...

Well, that was then and this is now...

So 2006 marks my ten years since graduating high school. I loved high school (the draama, the cute boys, and the chearleading squad), but I love my life now ten years later a whole hell of alot better. I've grown up and become the woman I knew I could be. Plus, I have my own credit cards...isn't that best part of being an adult? Shh...don't tell the ATM he thought he confiscated them all after the last package from Neiman's arrived this week.

Anyway, there was a big hullabaloo recently about a high school reunion and the truth is - the thought of it makes my skin crawl. What's the point? High school reunions are never like they are in the movies and having one would be a complete waste of time. Why? Because it's not like I don't care about my old classmates...but if we really cared that much about each other we would've kept in touch like we promised. Sad to say, that when I packed up the family caravan and headed north to where I reside today I pretty much left the Shore and my classmates behind except for the ones that I knew would be my friends forever and here they are (minus just a few EHS alums who I still keep in touch with and still consider very near and dear to my heart.)

So class of 1996 reunion - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!! Better than a movie..

Okay, everyone...last ones!!!

BTW, aren't my friends so amazing!!! And to cha cha for words????

Ooh wait...more pictures from Saturday!!!

It's the most wonderful time of the year....

Yes, it is. And every year at this time me and the ATM throw our annual holiday extravaganza at our sprawling estate. We're joined by friends and family who enjoy the amazing food and the neverending bottles of Yuengling and Dogfish Head. We hope everyone had a good time and a great start to their holiday season!!!

The tasty, chocolate grooms cake...and it wasn't hidden in the carport. Any movie afficianado knows what that means.
The Wedding Cake...it was so gosh darn good!!!

The Happy Couple - too lovely for words....

Finally, suga and technology could work it out....

Sunday Morning Rain is Falling....

Well not quite. It's just a brisk, fall Sunday morning punctuated with a light wind, some amazing colors falling from the trees, and an Eagles game. So the weekend is over and I'm tres sad, really I am. It's like Friday night comes and then before you know it, it's back to the Monday morning grind. The reason this weekend went so quickly for me is because I stayed up late Friday night baking some really yummy butter cookies and then got up at the crack of dawn to drive them home to Maryland. Doesn't seem like alot, but it is. I went to the Eastern Shore of the state first, my place of birth, to visit with the fam AND to get a Micky D's Sweet Tea (which later end up being a horrible idea...let's just saying drinking something the size of a Big Gulp and driving clearly wasn't one of my better decisions - I'm so not a rest stop kind of girl.). Then I crossed the Bay Bridge to visit with a near and dear childhood friend of mine who just purchased her first piece of real estate in PG County. It's a lovely little home and I'm green with envy. We spent the entire day goofing off and plotting her Architectural Digest aspirations. This house will be absolutely devine when she's done with it. I know.

It was a lovely day, one of the best times I've had in along time. It's so good to be with your girlfriends - It fulfills me in ways I can't believe, I wish I could spend more time with my girls like on SATC...I know it sounds so corny and Waiting to Exhalish but I can't help it. Wait, I want to believe that me and this friend went to see Waiting to Exhale when we're in high school. I remember climbing in somebody's car for a trip to Salisbury to see a Rated R movie...for the first time, without my mother buying the ticket!!!

Anyway, let me get out of memory ditch. I'm sure you're wondering about the cakes, these two cakes were from my cousin's lovely wedding in Maryland last month. She had her wedding on the water, so it was a beach themed wedding. The one cake is the wedding cake and the other is a traditional chocolate grooms cakes. Yes, us Marylander's truly believe we are traditionally Southerners - none of that Mid-Atlantic crap. Anyway, the cakes were YUMMO!!! And yes, this hungry hippo had a slice of each and yes, this hungry hippo made sure to take some slices home with her and proceed to threaten her husband with death if he even thought about taking a bite.

And don't these two make such a darling couple? Oh, to be that young again!!!

Okay, so blogger is having issues therefore not allowing me to upload my too cute for words pictorials. I will do so later in the day when technology and suga can work togther. Besides, the Eagles are on and the ATM and his brothers are downstairs destroying the den and I must go down to supervise.

Oh well my peanut butter kisses, I have nothing to wax on about. Trying to save the creative juices for the side hustle.

Yours in suga, buttercream, and oreo cookies

I have nothing to say...

OH MBM, how the H am I to keep this up when I have nothing to say? This is truly unbelievable, I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY! Did you go see your boy Jon Stewart yet? Details, details!

Well my coco puffs, I was going to blog on the downfall of society because of the internet. Me and my girl BW don't get her confused with my Barbie Doll were having an in-depth talk about how the internet was ruining our lives and I was going to post about it. But it makes us sound too much like crazy, so I'll hold onto it until I have a fifth of anything in my system and then I'll share. Maybe that'll be when I head down to the dirty dirty, North Crack Alack to visit my good friend Myisa - one of the many loves of my life. I can't wait to see my girl so we can officially bring sexy back.

It's going to be hot...just wait and see! But until then I'll post a picture of THE love of my life...

All my sugary love-

Your sweet honey child

And yes, my dog does live the life and he loves his grandparent's beach house!

Interrupting your regularly scheduled blog....

Is it NBA season yet?

All I can say is...I'm not EVEN gonna say anything...those who know me best can only imagine what's going on in my twisted mind...BUT, I will say boy oh boy how I love love a good team player...

Surprise, surprise. It's me my darlings. I've been so twisted with work/life that I've neglected those that mean the most...my loyal readers...ie my aunt in Atlanta, GA and another in Brookhaven, PA...ha ha. No, I know there are others on the sly, hanging on my every keystroke. Well I'm sorry to have kept y'all waiting so long. I've just been in a Me'Shell Ndgecello/Joni Mitchell kind of mood...yes, I know that makes no kind of sense...but those are the songstresses I've been listening to a lot recently. Two of their songs really speak to me like you wouldn't believe and they take me to a really interesting place...I won't bore you with the details...just know you're girl is going through.

And if that's not enough, McDonald's doesn't sell Sweet Tea above the Mason Dixon. What kind of ish is that? I crave Mickey D's sugary sweet serum. I can't even put into words how good it is. My one friend calls it liquid crack. I need to enter a program...STAT!

But, like a good court jester, I always smile and I guess it was Tupac who said, Keep Your Head Up. So that's what I do. And when my head is held high I goof off and here is the evidence of such.

First up is a birthday cake I made...work with me...I was extremely sick and I didn't want to let my dear childhood friend done, so I did the best I could. It's cute and she loved it and of course it tasted as good as it looked.

Then, making her first internet appearance and probably her last as her mother will probably flip...here is my niece in all of her glory and you see Korver wanted nothing to do with it. The little brat he is. BTW, yes, that's you're Sweet Honey Child in her pajamas...

ENJOY!

It's been a long time...

Yes my sugary sweet dears, I'm fully aware that you've considered ending it all since I stopped posting. Well, now I'm back. I can't promise you everyday sniggles as the new day job frowns upon frivolous acts such as blogging, but I can promise you that when I do post it will be insightful.

And you're lucky...today I have a lot to share.

As far as cake decorating goes, my fledgling career is so dunzo. Yes, I'm 28 and yes I watch Laguna Beach. It's my perogrative. Anywho, while I do love decorating and delighting the world with my talent it became simply too taxing. So I've had to step away for a bit and re-evaluate my cake priorities. (MY DEAR SWEET DIVA MBM, I FEEL YOUR CAKE PAIN). (BTW, I lost your digits..get in touch with a sistah! OKAY! ) But don't worry, I did happen to do a really great bridal shower cake in August for a friend and a birthday cake for an aunt. Sorry, no pictorials to share.

This weekend, if time permits, which I hardly doubt...I may create a cute little cake for my favorite Aunt Snoozie. Then I have to make a Halloween/fall type cake for Cruella...I mean my mother.

In other news, I had the pleasure of visiting Hotlanta this summer where I ran into the always funny D.L. Hughley in my hotel. Yes, I had my trusty camera and yes I accosted him...but I don't believe that picture is appropriate for public consumption. So it will not be posted to this blog. What else, oh yes...I visited the World of Coke and it was fun. In fact, my ATM visited it twice. We also took in a Braves game and visited with a childhood friend of ATM, AM who lives in Kennessaw and now wants out to move there. She has no idea what type of shennigans I'd be bringing to the dirty, dirty.

Now let's talk about things that are good for the soul...my personal favorite, food.

While in Atlanta I visited with my Uncle Jim and Aunt Maria who are the two most loveliest people, they too want me and the ATM to come back...truly, they have no idea what they're getting into. Anyway, my lovely aunt and uncle were thrilled to come in from Jonesboro and escort me around Atlanta. They wanted to take me and ATM to dinner and I was game...Aunt Maria was like I know the most darling place and I was like what about the VARSITY...the GA TECH institution for burgers and onion rings. I should've known when Aunt Maria and Uncle Jim gave me the eye, I should've headed on over to that darling place Aunt Maria raved about and have a big glass of Sweet Tea and call it a day. But no, I had to go to the Varsity.

I'm not even going to tell you my thoughts on the Varsity, I'm just going to post a picture.

SEE THE PICTURE ABOVE

If the picture gives you no inclination, let's just say no amount of Pepto prevented the inevitable. My husband holding my hair as I prayed to the porcelain goddess for my sins of baskets of grease. That's all I'm sayin...it's unfortunate I live in the northeast and no nothing about flavor or the beauty of vats of grease.

Now something for the mind, enrich it...while I was in Atlanta, I had the pleasure of meeting the amazing and beautiful, Nadine Dajani. http://newbienovelist.blogspot.com Go on over and give her a holler...let her know that Sweet Honey Child sent you.

She has a book coming out in 2007 called Fashionably Late and it's absolutely amazing. I highly suggest you pre-order it from Amazon as soon as you can and prepare to enjoy. I'm serious. Nadine is the sweetest doll in the world and I'm so excited for her. I can't wait to see her name in lights...I wonder how she'd feel about seeing her name in icing...

Until then my sweet darlings, you stay sweet. Mama sends her love!!!

Milestone Cake

In my last post, I had alluded to posting milestone cakes as they become available and here you go.

This was my good-bye cake from good friend MBM. The cake was amazing. It was a chocolate cake with a strawberry buttercream icing. Can you even believe that? Me either...but I would love to recreate it. THANKS MBM!!!

I'm Back....

Okay sweet tarts, here are the finale cakes from Wilton Class Three. My classmates are truly talented, aren't they? But we couldn't have done it without the wonderful LS...our beautiful cake guru.

I sure will miss my Wednesday night class and classmates!

You Love Me...You Really Do Love Me

My darling gumdrops, you've all been too kind. Thank you all for being so supportive in my suga romp and being so vocal about my cake. I'm still beaming with pride. Now with that said, I have some disappointing news to report...I, your Sweet Honey Child, will be retiring from the life of sugar arts. While I'm a huge fan of fondant and the like, I just can't carry on with the stress and the drama I must incur to create beauty. Stress is just absolutely horrific on the skin, I already have a facial set up next month to cleanse myself of the drama.

I mean seriously my gumdrops did you really think we could continue on like this? I wish that we could, but there are other facets of my life I must concentrate on. Like getting on my husband's nerves daily - reminding him how much I HATE where we live and how a southern climate would be so much more complimentary to the lifestyle I intend to lead (and his sex life -if he wants to continue to have one). You know tapdancing on my husband's nerves does take a great deal of energy and providing daily diatribes on how we must relocate takes a great deal of research.

I'm also an aspiring novelist, and my literary pursuits were sidelined all in the name of cake. So you see, I had devoted my entire life to sweetness and that just can't be. But don't be too glum, I do plan on preparing milestone cakes for my friends and family from time to time but not much else.

So my dears, we've come to the end of the road...still i can't let go...I have too. It's hard, but it's best to go out on top like the woman I aspire to be SJP.

Think of me fondly whenever you see Dirk dominating the court or when the number 8 car grabs the checkered flag...

Yours in fondant and suga-

SUCCESS IS SWEET!

Well my cocoa puffs, the shower cake was a SUCCESS. And I'm proud to say that I outdid myself I really did. I'm posting pictures for your viewing pleasure. Sorry I have no witty commentary, it's just that I'm speechless...truly I am. And yes, it does taste as good as it looks!

Sweet Kisses my dears!

Best of luck to my niece, Maddy due to arrive July 17th, 2006.

Surf City USA here I come...

Yes, I know Bethany Beach, DE is far from being Surf City USA but I can dream right?

Good Day my peanut butter cups!

That's right, you're favorite honey pie is heading to the beach. Okay, I'm sure you're wondering why on earth is she leaving her cake decorating duties to head to the beach, I thought the baby shower was this weekend. Well my dears, the shower is this weekend and it's near the beach. This is what you call multi-tasking, if you weren't already aware.

So weather permitting, I'll have a little fun in the sun before I put my name and skills on the line. There will be no more posts until Monday, that is as long as the Nascar traffic cooperates and allows me to head back north...so wish me well! I'll provide plenty of pictures then!

Gentlemen, start your engines....this I promise you will be a bumpy (and comedic) ride.

Go, Junior! See, I told you I was a redneck!

A Night Of Utter and Complete Despair….

Hey there my little buttercups! I apologize for the delay in the post, it's just that it was a late night in Suga Land. Why you might ask? Well as you may or may not remember I still had a huge amount of prep work to do last night (baking another cake and frosting the cakes I did have, plus working with more fondant decorations) and not enough time to do it in. And if that's not enough DOG the Bounty Hunter was on last night and I got sucked right into that reality black hole and I didn't want to come out. I don't know what it is about that show, but it just pulls my attention away from all that is good in the Suga World.

After Dog and his crew apprehended a few bad guys, I got back down to business and started icing the cakes. Much to my chagrin, it was not going well. I guess I was so hyped up from the show that I was a little too forceful with my icing technique. Cakes began to crumble and icing could be found everywhere. I believe there was actually more cake on my apron, then there was on the whole cake. While this was sending me into a panic wondering how on earth was I going to pull of this cake, Korver the wonder dog enjoyed the experience immensely and took to cleaning every surface covered with wayward crumbs and displaced icing. After a few cleansing breaths I was able to remind myself that Rome was not built in a day and this cake iced as it was in complete disrepair. On the verge of tears, I grabbed the phone and began to dial the marvelous and wonderful cake goddess LS - my Wilton Instructor. She had told me as well as my classmates countless times, whenever you're in a fix - just pick up the phone and call me and that I did. Until I noticed the clock on the wall stated one hour from midnight and I'm almost sure that unless my name was Mr. Sandman she would not be in the least bit happy to hear from me.

Now weeping as my husband just shakes his head and does his best to ignore me, which can be quite difficult as I am a one woman pity party show at this time, I throw in the towel and call it a night. It is then when I see the final score of the Dallas/Phoenix game that I realize that even Dirk has his a** kicked too, okay, yes Dallas losing to Phoenix by 20 points has nothing to do with my current state of affairs…but didn't I tell you this is my forum and if I choose to talk about Dirk you must listen. Anyway, as I looked over at my cakes once more it then became apparent…when all else fails and your cake looks like hell…when in doubt cover it with fondant. Problem solved - for now anyway.

Go Dallas!!!

And so it begins...

Well my little cupcakes it's go time. That's right, it's shower cake time! While I have to admit, I have been thoroughly dreading this process, it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Okay I'm lying, last night I didn't get a wink of sleep and my heart repeatedly attempted to leap from my chest. Then again this reaction could've been due to knowing I had to return to my current place of employment today or that frappacino I had late in the day.

Anyway, yesterday I baked my cakes and starting working on my fondant art that will detail the cake. So I'm taking baby steps in the process. Tonight, I will frost my cakes and let them set up. I know this isn't really earth shattering information, but work with me. I've told you time and time again how difficult it can be to be the life of the party all of the time. I'll post pictures when they become suitable and indicative of my talent. Until then my honey nut Cheerios....

I LOVE GERMAN WHITE CHOCOLATE....

I'm sure you're wondering if there is such a thing and there is and his name is Dirk Nowitzki. What an amazing player! And I positively, am crazy in love for his height and skills on the court! Although I'm saddened they fell to Steve Nash (can someone please cut his hair?) and the Suns last night! Yes, I know this has nothing to do with cake...but I had to declare my love for Dirk and his talent somewhere and this is my forum.

Now we return to your regularly scheduled program....

Hola, my sweet tarts! Did you miss me? Of course you did. Well my strawberry flavored pop tarts, your suga goddess has been quite the busy baker this past week. Between watching the Dallas Mavericks, foaming at the mouth for AI, celebrating my 28th birthday (yes, gasp), and preparing to retire from my current trade that just pays the bills - I've barely had a moment to muse about CAKE!

But I did take a moment last night to discover the joys of FONDANT. Yes, I know what you're saying...fondant - oh it tastes horrible, oh it's so hard to work with, or oh it's expensive. And while you're right about it tasting horrible and it's price - you're completely wrong with how difficult it is to work with. All one needs to find the joys of fondant is patience and time. Okay? Trust me. That's the same mantra I had to employ many eons ago after my first sexual experience.

Ha, I woke you up there did I?

Dearies, seriously I highly recommend you give fondant a try. And once you see pictures of my latest cake you'll agree.

Oh my pop tarts, I apologize for my lack of wit and humor today but I'm tres exhausted, truly I am. It's hard work being fabulous, talented, and funny...you must understand that. Really, you must. I must go now and wrap up this blog before I bore you any longer...

Anyway, enjoy your holiday weekend and I pledge to return to you next week refreshed and absolutely fabulous. I also promise to provide you with the much deserved drama you've been waiting for because it's time to start working on the baby shower cake.

Yours in flava, suga, and fondant-

Friday, May 19, 2006

Hola my sweet darlings, it's been awhile since my last post as my suga makin' drama has been kept to a hum. I'm so sorry about that, it's just not much is going on. Personally, life has been kicking into high gear - but cake decorating is slow.

Oh well, I promise to return to you full of suga and buttercream next Thursday when I debut my first adventure into the land of fondant. It should be tres interesting.

Until then my darlings stay sweet!

Sweets for My Sweets...

Hola suga babies! Your fav sugar matriach has been quite the busy bee and she has the pictures to prove it. Don't you just love evidence as long as it's not incriminating. Anyway, off the cake subject for a mere moment. I just wanted to share with all of my lovely followers that I headed home to the land of the crab and 10 oz Bud cans this past weekend and it was just marvelous.

Ughh for all of you who don't know the beauty of a true Eastern Shore crabcake and a Budweiser beer -you have no idea what you're missing. I may adore the finer things in life, but sometimes finer just can't beat a 10 oz Bud. Oh dear god, I've lost my mind musing about cheap beer and absolutely nothing else. That's what happens when I go back home, my redneck tendencies seem to just burst from my pores.

Anyway, let me turn your attention back to what's important (please excuse the diatribe from above) CAKE...

I'm including a few pictures of what's been keeping me busy. The first couple of pictures are of the Wilton Course 2 finale cake - the basketweave cake. If I ever have to see royal icing flowers ever again, I intend on suffocating myself with a decorating bag. See the technique of creating royal icing to the perfect consistency isn't difficult, it's just down right depressing when you don't have a Kitchen Aid mixer. My little mixer that couldn't nearly died under the pressure, so if you don't have a Kitchen Aid mixer, just don't do it. Save yourself the drama and just create the Wilton rose using good old buttercream.

PICTURES TO COME, SOMETHING'S UP WITH THE SERVER

What else, what else? Yes, people, I cannot stress the importance of a crumb coat. I didn't have the time nor the patience this weekend to do one and look what I did to my cute little clown cake! There are visible crumbs and holes everywhere! The horror - the embarrassment. As a graduate of Wilton Course 2, I should've know better!!! It was my good friend in my head Alannis Morrisette who said you live, you learn.

This cake was for my darling husbands grandmother. She absolutely loved it! And the rest of the extended fam enjoyed it too. I believe it was my sugary sweet brother in law, Dustbunny whom I'm crazy in love with who said this cake is good! It's soo sweet...so sweet my teeth ache.

Mission Accomplished!

Until we meet again my suga babies!

Stay sticky sweet!

Suga Is Sweet

Well my purple peeps, I apologize for the delay in the basket weave cake I had promised to showcase to you today. Your fearless leader is still in a losing battle with sleep deprivation after her quick jaunt to the west coast earlier in the week.

Hence her lack of motivation to upload anything last night. The only motivation I had was to continue my favorite past time of getting on my husband's nerves into the wee hours of the morning. Yep, at midnight east coast time I was just getting my second wind so I settled into QVC along with my hubby's credit card and did some early birthday shopping. Don't worry my purple peeps, my purchase was food related. But still that's no excuse for lack of cake discussion or pictorials.

So I promise to make it up to you. How you might wonder? On Monday, I pledge to provide you with more sparkling dialogue and two cake pictures. I have a cake project I must complete for a Sunday showing. It will be quite basic as my skills are still tres limited, but I gotta use what my mama gave me. You'll see what I mean on Monday.

All right my dahling purple peeps, I have held your attention for far too long. You go on now and have a sugary sweet day and don't forget to pick up the phone this weekend and call your mama. You know she gave up the ability to wear a size two just for you.

Chocolate Kisses to all!

Yours in flava, suga, and fondant,

Sweet Honey Child

Spin Spin Suga....

Well my dears, your fav suga dahling is back and she's got photos to share. For all the world to see, here are my tres amateur cakes, the first is my first eva cake created in Wilton Class 1. This was a hit with the co-workers as they devoured it faster than Brit's last conception (I had to throw that in there).

Let me pull this train back on track, okay yes, the cakes. So like I was saying the cake with the peachy flowers was a class cake. The second cake is bachelorette concoction I threw together for one of the loves of my life, my dear sugary sweet confection SDO. We threw her a wild cowboy bachlorette party in the city that never sleeps. My offering to the debauchery was this lovely cake, which we dove into when the limo kicked us out around 4 am. And yes, those are what you think they are on the top of the cake.

BTW, please ignore the quality of the pictures...I froze these memories in time with the help of my camera phone.

Enjoy my little sugas!

Yours truly,

Your Sweet Honey Child
