Milestone Cake
In my last post, I had alluded to posting milestone cakes as they become available and here you go.
This was my good-bye cake from good friend MBM. The cake was amazing. It was a chocolate cake with a strawberry buttercream icing. Can you even believe that? Me either...but I would love to recreate it. THANKS MBM!!!

Jerish! How are you? I watched a new cake show on Food Network last night and thought of you. FYI also Fosters is doing a one-night cake class with the flying monkey place, or whatever the name of that new bakery at Reading Terminal. But, sigh, I'm kind of off cakes now. Not the thrill that it was before. Hoping I'll get back into eventually. Hope you are well, MB
